Payments Accepted
We accept cash or e-transfer as methods of payment. Invoices will be provided upon request or after service completion. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Deposit Policy
To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit (up to a maximum of $100.00). This amount will be applied toward your final invoice. Deposits are refundable only if cancellations are made with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
